Slat repairs

We have been producing garden furniture for 70 years. Our furniture is weatherproof and can be left outside all year round. The chair frames are made of metal that has been hot-dip galvanised or powder-coated. This means that the chairs will last for generations and the metal is protected against rust.

However, the plastic parts of our products need to be replaced over time. This is because the plastic pads and buffers can fade or become damaged through use or due to the effects of weather and sunlight. In such cases, do not dispose of your Schaffner furniture, but contact us. We can restore your furniture to top condition.

We offer an excellent and uncomplicated repair and spare parts service. Even for older models, we often have suitable parts available for replacement. The replacement of the plastic slats is carried out by our specialists, but you can also simply order the buffers from us and replace them yourself at home.

Procedure: Renovation - Slate chair

Step 1:

Over time, the Lättli may fade or become damaged due to use or because of the weather and the effects of the sun. Bring your chair to us and we will renovate it for you.

Step 2:

The faded plastic plates are removed by our experts.

Step 3:

Your chair is replaced with new plastic slats.

Step 4:

We will contact you when the pads on your chair have been replaced.

And it will be ready for you to collect.

Buffer:

The chair leg buffers can be replaced by our specialist staff. However, you can also easily do this yourself at home.
